What a great afternoon! I spent my birthday with my wife at the Inagural Celebration of the Starr-Gennett "Walk of Fame" right here in Richmond, Indiana.
To my surprise, I ran into a wonderful group of moms from the Marine Corps League and we had a wonderful time talking about their young men and women serving our nation so proudly. They can certainly be proud of their young people. AND WE NEED TO LET THEM KNOW HOW PROUD WE ARE OF THEM AS WELL !!!!!
Here is today's update from Buzz, Melanie and the guys:
Hello to all of you who support our troops and the efforts of Move America Forward.
We've been operating on just a few hours sleep the past few nights - there's been so so sooo much to do - so we'll keep this short as it is already after midnight, again.
There's a new petition we are proud to be helping to circulate calling on our leaders to stand behind the missions of our troops. Be sure to sign it here:
**We've confirmed our location for the September 11th event in Niles, Illinois - a suburb of Chicago. We want to have a very nice, special, patriotic event, and with such short notice we need your help to get the word out and build a crowd.
