Semper Fi Act (H.R. 5222)

"RENEWING THE AMERICAN DREAM"

Rep. John Campbell (R-CA) introduced the Semper Fi Act (H.R. 5222), which would strike all fiscal year 2008 earmarks for the city of Berkeley, California, and transfer the money to the United States Marines for recruiting.
